Important things not to forget:
Everyone: Please arrive early for your shift. Especially those of you who are the first person volunteering for the day. We need you to come in by the time your shift starts. It's very important that you come on time to volunteer.
Popcorn volunteers: Please arrive before 12:30. We have a lot of popping that needs to be done, and you being there early will help to make sure we have enough popcorn for everyone. Little kids will be sad if they don't get any!

Everyone: Please tell us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your shift. We need to know right away so that we can make arrangements for volunteers to take over your duties.
